Security of Online Payments
Making online payments on the Platform is safe and secure. The Platform uses industry-standard encryption technologies, secure servers, and approved payment gateways to protect customers’ payment information during transactions. All sensitive payment data is transmitted securely to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or alteration.
Storage of Credit / Debit Card Information
The Platform does not store complete credit or debit card details such as card number, CVV, or expiry date.
Only the last four (4) digits of the card number are retained solely for the purpose of card identification and customer reference.

We accept the following card networks:

- MasterCard
- Maestro
- RuPay
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
Acceptance of cards is subject to authorization by the issuing bank and the payment gateway.
International Card Acceptance
The Platform accepts selected international credit and debit cards issued by banks in India and certain other countries, including (but not limited to):
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Internationally issued cards are not accepted for e-Gift Voucher payments or top-ups.

In addition to credit and debit cards, the Platform supports the following payment options:
- Internet Banking (multiple partner banks)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Equated Periodic Installments (EPI), subject to availability as provided by the bank
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
- Digital Wallets
- Pay Later / Postpaid services
- e-Gift Vouchers
Availability of payment modes may vary based on product category, order value, delivery location, and customer eligibility.
